1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the website "Oksana Mukha Foundation" (https://oksana-mukha-fund.com) and the use of the payment service for making charitable donations through the Hutko service.

1.2. The website administrator and the organiser of the collection of charitable donations is the Charitable Organisation Charitable Foundation Oksana Mukha, EDRPOU code 45915741, registered in Ukraine.

2. Use of the website and access to services

2.1. Users have the right to view information about the foundation and projects, as well as to make charitable donations through the integrated Hutko payment service.

2.2. To make a donation, the user must provide accurate data (name, contact email, donation amount, etc.).

3. Charitable donations

3.1. All donations made through the website are voluntary and non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed separately between the foundation and the donor.

3.2. Donations are processed by the Hutko payment service, and the foundation is not responsible for technical failures on the part of the payment provider.

4. Rights and obligations of the parties

4.1. The foundation undertakes to use charitable donations exclusively for the implementation of its charitable programmes and projects, as stated on the website.

4.2. The user undertakes not to provide false data and agrees to the terms of processing of their personal data.

5. Liability

5.1. The foundation is liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine for non-performance or improper performance of its obligations.

5.2. The foundation and the Hutko payment service are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or reputation arising from the use of the website or payments.

6. Changes to the Terms

6.1. The foundation has the right to make changes to these Terms at any time.

6.2. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the website.
